Alex Yanez Joins Windwalker Expeditions

(CAVE CREEK, AZ) - AQHA , American Quarter Horse Association Championship Horse Trainer, Alex Yanez of Phoenix, Arizona joins the Windwalker Expeditions Guide Team. A horseman for 40 years, Alex provides some of Arizona’s finest Quarter Horses for our guests’ riding pleasure. As Head Trainer at the Pretty Penny Ranch for 28 years, Alex trained 26 AQHA Finalists in the Halter Horse division. Alex’s champion Quarter Horses include: Scarlett Impressive, State Champion - Pocito Trouble, Mr. Happy Hour and Tuffy.

Barry Moffett Joins Windwalker Expeditions

(CAVE CREEK, AZ) - PRCA, Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association champion, Barry Moffett of Payson, Arizona joins the Windwalker Expeditions Guide Team. A horseman for 40 years, Barry provides some of the finest Quarter Horses for our guests’ riding pleasure. A PRCA Championship Team Roper, Quarter Horse trainer and riding instructor, Barry brings a wealth of experience to Arizona’s equestrian community and Windwalker’s clientele.

Barry began his riding career at the age of four on the family ranch. A Rodeo scholarship brought Barry to Central Arizona College where he studied business. Following college Barry joined the PRCA, Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association and Turquoise Tour competing for fifteen seasons in the Team Roping and Tie
